For Therapists
Hannah is available for ad hoc consultation services for licensed clinicians. Areas of focus may include: integrating yoga and psychotherapy, treating complex trauma, attachment and dissociation treatment, use of EMDR, PC, and Flash techniques, and incorporating Intensive Therapy. Therapists may also be exploring their identity as a provider and self-care.
For Yoga Practitioners
Hannah provides consultation for yoga students and teachers who are seeking to make their practice more trauma informed. Areas of focus may include: noticing mental health concerns arising while on the mat, integrating yoga off the mat into life beyond, developing trauma-sensitive repertoire and themes for teachers, and using yoga for nervous system regulation.
