Hannah Tosi, LICSW, RYT, is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Registered Yoga Teacher. She has a private practice serving the states of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She offers half day therapy retreats, week-long intensive trauma therapy, and workshops both online and in-person in Easthampton, MA.
Her compassionate and effective approach includes EMDR, parts work, somatic psychology, and trauma-informed yoga. This combination of treatment modalities holistically includes mind, body, soul, and eco-system in your healing process. She believes that symptoms such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship struggles are responses to very real outside pressures. These may include trauma, grief, illness, past abuse and neglect, sexual violence, bullying, sociocultural oppression and disconnection from the natural world. Hannah knows first-hand it is possible to reclaim a sense of self and live a meaningful and empowered life beyond the suffering.
She is deeply experienced in trauma treatment as a former Intensive Trauma Therapist and Post-Graduate Fellow at The Trauma Institute. She holds certifications in EMDR, as well as Rape Crisis Counseling Advocacy. She is a Kripalu yoga student and teacher. She is a summa cum laude graduate of UMass Amherst School of Public Health, and holds a Masters in Social Work from Smith College.
