Hannah Tosi, LICSW, YTT
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker & Yoga Teacher
Hannah provides holistic therapy for survivors of trauma who are ready to reclaim their sense of self, break the cycle, and let go of symptoms that are holding them back. Her compassionate and effective approach to psychotherapy includes EMDR, IFS, somatic psychology, and trauma-sensitive yoga. This combination of treatment modalities holistically incorporates mind, body, soul, and eco-system in your healing process.

I know first-hand it is possible to reclaim a sense of self and live a meaningful and empowered life beyond the suffering.

Intensive Retreats
3-5 day therapeutic retreats give you time to process trauma, work with your nervous system, and get to the root issues. You will make significant progress in your recovery journey with over a months worth of weekly sessions in each day.

Mini-Retreats
3 hour therapy sessions on a monthly or bi-weekly basis. Longer sessions are gentler on your nervous system, allow you to build trust, and provide time to dive deep into your healing process. Insurance often covers 1 hour per day.

Consultations
For therapists and yoga practitioners worldwide seeking guidance and support on integrating yoga and mental health, developing skills, exploring sense of self, or working with trauma survivors.

What is Holistic Therapy?
This kind of therapy integrates mind, body, spirit, and eco-system to address wellbeing and help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself. Methods include IFS, EMDR, Somatic Psychotherapy, and trauma-informed Yoga.

Letting Go of Tension
Tight spots hurt. Tension sucks. We all have it, and we all want it to go away. Sometimes, we try to get rid of tight spots with the same attitude that created them in the first place. Go easy on yourself and you might find they actually release a bit more easily.

Healing from Shame
Today I want to write about a supremely unpopular topic: shame.I like talking about the unspeakable because to not do so makes me a bystander to harmful dynamics. I think that we can’t heal what we don’t bring into the light.

ReAssociation as an Antidote to Dissociation: Yoga Means Union
The next time you feel overflowed, shattered, dissociated — please know that these are common states for one who has survived trauma, oppression, and/or relational wounding. You are not alone and you are not crazy.
