Hannah provides holistic therapy for survivors of trauma who are ready to discover their sense of self, build new cycles, and let go of symptoms that are holding them back. Her compassionate and effective approach to psychotherapy includes EMDR, parts work, somatic psychology, and trauma-sensitive yoga. This combination of treatment modalities holistically incorporates mind, body, soul, and eco-system in your healing process. Currently accepting new weekly therapy clients.

Weekly Therapy

Ongoing support in 60 or 90 minute sessions. Hannah's approach includes relational psychotherapy, parts work, EMDR, trauma-informed care, with attention to nervous system regulation and the body's role in healing.

Mini-Retreats

2 or 3 hour therapy sessions on a monthly or bi-weekly basis. Longer sessions are often gentler on your nervous system, allowing time to build trust, and go deeper into your healing process. Insurance often covers 1 hour per day.

Intensive Retreats

3-5 day therapeutic retreats give you time to process trauma, work with your nervous system, and get to the root issues. You will make significant progress in your recovery journey with over a months worth of weekly sessions in each day.
