Individual Psychotherapy
Weekly, bi-weekly, or semi-weekly sessions via remote teletherapy to residents of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Hannah works with adults, college students, and teens. Methods may include EMDR and/or other memory reprocessing methods, IFS-informed parts work, somatic psychotherapy, and trauma-informed yoga. She works with her clients to create a safe, effective, and clear treatment plan that allows them to work towards their goals. She will help you create an integrated sense of self, connect with your strengths, make meaning of past experiences, and release your burdens.
She accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield, GIC/Unicare Out-of-Network insurance, and pay out-of-pocket.

Intensive Psychotherapy
Intensive Trauma Therapy sessions. This treatment approach includes 3-hour sessions (i.e. 9AM-12PM, or 1 PM-4 PM), one-day long (9 AM-4 PM), or consecutive days working with Hannah one-on-one. The intensive format allows you to make significant process with memory reprocessing in a shorter period of time compared to the same treatment in the weekly format.
During intensive therapy we may utilize EMDR, Progressive Counting, Parts Work, Somatic Psychology and Trauma-Informed Yoga. These modalities allow you to resolve and make meaning of your past experiences, balance your nervous system, and reconnect with your strengths. These may be held via remote teletherapy or in-person in Northampton, MA.
